Major responsibilities:

  • Your core responsibility is to both strategically and operationally grow our advertiser portfolio within an assigned geographical area (USA)
  • You conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and new opportunities for business growth
  • You participate in selected industry events to represent Adsbalance and do networking
  • You acquire and negotiate deals with new advertisers
  • You maintain long-term relationships with clients and find ways for scaling campaigns to grow profits
  • You work closely with internal teams: Account Management, Media Buying, Finance
  • You report to Director of Sales and Marketing

  • US citizen
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a Territory Manager/BDM in online advertising industry (experience in performance marketing agency is a heavy plus)
  • Good understanding of the local market of advertisers and large network of connections which you can effectively use to drive sales since the first day
  • Excellent sales and interpersonal skills, ability to find and successfully close and develop deals
  • Proven track record of increasing sales and revenue; field sales experience is preferred
  • Ability to work independently, with a certain set of goals and requirements from the head quarter
  • An exceptionally motivated person, looking to strive at what they do in a dynamic company
